Year 1
fleetTEC opens its doors. Drop-ship codes secured with Ford, Chevy, and Dodge at the corporate level, an unusual achievement for a company this young.
Year 2
Energy & Utility emerges alongside Public Safety as a core line of business, accelerating fleetTEC’s momentum. Strategic technology partnerships take shape, and the operation scales expanding the shop, growing the install team, and strengthening the foundation for future growth.
Year 3 (today)
Growth accelerates across all current verticals, with new lines of business including vans, service body upfits, snowplow integration, transit bus technology upgrades, parking enforcement vehicles, over-the-road vision systems, and highway emergency response units all running in parallel.
The technology channel pipeline is activating across leading rugged hardware and software providers, further expanding capability and reach.

The fleetTEC shop runs on disciplined pre-staging rooted in 5S principles: everything in its place, every part ready before the build begins. Vehicles move through a defined workflow, so installers stay focused on the work.
Like a well-run operating environment, the tools are prepared, the process is defined, and there’s no wasted motion. A single installation standard is set at the top, and every installer is trained to it then continuously developed to maintain it.
